摘    要:探讨了阻碍大型仪器设备共享的主要原因,介绍了河南农业大学构建校级、学科以及院级人才培养立体创新实践平台,开展基础实验训练、综合实验训练、实践能力拓展等多层次的创新开放实验新模式的经验。为高校更好地利用大型仪器设备,提升创新人才培养水平提供有益的参考与借鉴。

Abstract:During the period of new history,the open platform of large-scale instruments and equipment plays an increasingly critical role in the cultivation of talents.This article attempts to probe into the restraining factors which hindered the effectiveness about large-scale instruments and equipment sharing.Moreover,the innovative experience from multi-levels in the opening experiments of new mode is also introduced such as to construct innovative platform in three-dimensional aspect on talents’ cultivation for universities,disciplines,colleges,to carry out basic experiment training,comprehensive experimental training,and practical ability of developing.In this way,the large-scale instruments and equipment can be utilized fully by universities and the high level of cultivating talents is boosted as well.Besides,the useful reference and experience are also available for promoting the cultivation level of innovative talents.
