| Abstract: | While tracing the historical development in the training of reserve soccer talents in China since 1949, the authors divide it into several stages, each with its distinctive historical events and features. The paper also explores the functions of training organizations and the management of the soccer talents in reserve. The paper hereby provides a theoretical basis for the future development of Chinese soccer. |
