| 摘 要： | "文革"时期,在毛主席、党中央号召下,受红卫兵大串连的冲击,广大农村成立了许多农民"造反"组织.这些农民"造反"组织内部大多机构庞大、建置严密,多次组织队伍进入各县市参加"造反"活动.其结果导致大量劳动力长期脱离生产岗位,严重破坏了农业生产和社会安定,此外,各"造反派"组织纷纷伸手向当地政府强行索取经费,给当地财政带来了难以承受的压力,使广大农民和集体资产大量受损,加剧了社会的动荡及农村经济的衰退.

| Abstract: | During the Culture Revolutionary period, responding to the call of Chairman Mao and the Central Party Committee, peasants established many Rebellion Organizes in the broad villages , under the impact of the Red Guards Big Establishment of Ties. The organizations, which were huge and had strict rules, organized several rebellion moves in some cities and villages, causing a huge number of labor force off the production posts, and seriously destroyed the agricultural production and the society stability. In addition, those organizations forcefully demanded funds from the local governments, imposing unbearable burdens on the local finance. It also caused damages on the peasants and collective properties, and finally intensified society's turbulence and the rural economy decline. |
