| 摘 要： | 执政为民与为人民服务思想之间的关系,“为人民服务”是我们党在革命战争年代提出的一种价值观念,是社会主义建设时期面向全社会提倡的一种道德思想;“执政为民”是共产党的本质要求,是对共产党党建规律的深刻认识,是全心全意为人民服务宗旨在新的历史条件下的具体体现,它要求广大党员,特别是领导干部,要始终保持与人民群众的血肉联系.

| Abstract: | The relationship between "government for the people" and "serving the people" is that "serving the people" is a concept of value built up by our Party in the war times and a morality advocated for the society during the period of socialist construction,while "government for the people" is the essential requirement for the CPC and the profound understanding of the rules of the Party construction and a concrete demonstration of the purpose of serving the people heart and soul in the new historical situation.It requests that all CPC members,the leaders in particular,should maintain flesh-and-blood ties with the masses. |
