| 摘 要： | 学院作为研究生培养的主要实施者,研究生管理的好坏与否直接关系到研究生培养质量的高低,关系到学科建设和学校的长远发展。加强学院研究生管理,就要做好研究生培养的"过程控制",从招生、培养、学位论文及导师队伍建设等各个环节抓起,与学院各部门密切配合,确保研究生的培养质量。

| Abstract: | As the main operator of the postgraduates'cultivation,colleges now have more responsibilities.The management of postgraduates has direct effect on the quality of postgraduates'cultivation,and the courses construction as well as further development of our university.In order to strengthen the management of postgraduates,we need to perfect and amplify the regulations and improve the quality of management staff,which are the basis of our management. After doing so,we should concentrate on the"process control",and begin our management from each section like enrollment,cultivation,degree thesis,construction of tutors'team and so on.Also,we need to cooperate closely with each department of our college to ensure the quality of postgraduates'cultivation. |
