| 摘 要： | 婚姻自由是每个公民的基本权利,也是人权的具体体现,法律赋予每个公民有自由选择配偶的权利;当婚姻基础不存在时,人们也可以选择离婚。近年来我国离婚率节节攀升,这既映射出人们的价值取向,也具有深刻的时代背景和社会背景,同时也带来了一定的社会问题,本文对此进行了一定的探讨。
