| 摘 要： | 职业倦怠是许多高校图书馆员面临的现实问题，职业倦怠严重阻碍了高校图书馆员及高校图书馆事业的蓬勃发展。文章分析了高校图书馆员职业倦怠的成因及其表现，探讨了利用皮格马利翁效应抑制高校图书馆员职业倦怠的有效措施。
