| Abstract: | A discussion is presented on the dilemma faced by universities due to their debts from perspectives of asset transformation,value changes and university operations.An investigation is made into a number of debt-related problems and their potential effects on the borrowing universities.Options are proposed for reducing the university operating expenditure. |
