| 摘 要： | 钙离子是细胞内最重要的第二信使,细胞内Ca2＋]i升高是心肌肥大信号的中心环节。本文通过文献资料法,对细胞Ca2＋存在方式、引起Ca2＋升高的原因、Ca2＋内流的方式、细胞内Ca2＋]i升高与细胞核内肥大基因活化进行耦联途径综述,探讨运动性心肌肥大向病理性心肌肥大转变的机制,以期预防运动性心血管疾病的发生。
