高校图书馆服务质量模糊综合评价及其应用实践

摘    要:本文以美国图书馆学会开展的libQUAL+TM的评价思路为蓝本,从图书馆整体环境、信息获取、服务影响和自我应用4个方面构建了图书馆服务质量评价体系。并以四川农业大学图书馆为实证对象,运用层次分析法确定各个指标的权重后对图书馆服务质量进行了模糊综合评价分析,已期有利于工作的改进,使各项工作决策更贴近读者。

Service Quality Evaluation of University Library Based on Fuzzy Integrative Evaluation and Its Practice

Abstract:In this paper, an evaluation system was constructed for the evaluation of service quality in university library based on libQUAL+TM method proposed by the Association of Research libraries (ARL). Four main aspects were involved in the evaluation system included environment of the library, access to information, affect of service and personal control. Taking the li- brary of Sichuan agricultural university as an example, this paper practiced the system in details by means of Analytic Hierarchy Process and the theory of Fuzzy Integrative Evaluation, with the aim of improving service quality and making job be closer to readers.
