| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，进一步了解休闲、休闲体育的概念，探讨休闲体育的产生及开展休闲体育的条件：有钱、有闲、有意愿，有些休闲体育项目还需要一定的技术支持。本文希望对休闲体育的进一步科学发展提供一定的理论依据。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature and logical analysis, this paper discusses the developing condition of leisure sports in order to get better understanding of concept of leisure and leisure sports. Money, time, and will, also some technical support is the requirement for leisure sports. The main purpose is to provide the theoretical basis for future development of leisure sports. |
