| 摘 要： | 远程开放教育网络平台的构建已取得实质性进展，资源的丰富性和功能的完备性，加快了网上教学环境的形成和完善，但发展中的问题不容忽视。本文以网络平台的实际构建和应用情况为研究基点，对出现的问题及问题形成的深层缘由进行反思和探讨，并提出改善网络教学环境和提高网络教学效果的主要途径和思路。

| Abstract: | The substantial advance has been acquired on construction of distance and open education online platform. Abundance of resources and integration of functions have accelerated the construction of online teaching environment. But the problems in its development should be paid a great attention. In this paper, problems and complicated causes are discussed on the basis of construction and application of the online platform, and a solution method is introduced. |
