| 摘 要： | 高职院校如何建设好区域支柱产业需要的专业,培养适合区域经济建设和发展需要的高素质高技能人才,是高职院校持续发展的问题之一。本文从开展柳州市企业人才专项调研入手,分析了机电设备维修与管理专业的人员现状和人才发展需求,对高职机电设备维修与管理专业人才培养及专业建设提出新的思路。

| Abstract: | One of the issues of vocational colleges' sustainable development is how to build good majors,which are needed by the local pillar industries,and how to cultivate high-quality high-tech personnel,which are demanded for regional economic construction and development.Based on the research on talents in Liuzhou enterprises,this article analyzes professional staff status quo and the need for talents of mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and management,and puts forward the new ideas of training professional personnel and constructing specialties. |
