虚拟团队的知识创新与互动性研究

摘    要:虚拟团队是实现知识创新的有效模式,而知识创新又是以知识交流为基础的。根据知识链的构成要素,对影响知识交流和创新的一些因素进行了分析,并建立了虚拟团队的知识交流模型;同时,对虚拟团队中知识转移的四阶段模式和知识创新过程作了相关性研究。最终得出虚拟团队中知识转化与互动性模型以及虚拟团队的知识创新模型。

Abstract:Virtual team is an effective mode of knowledge innovation, yet knowledge innovation is based on knowledge exchange. The authors analyze some main factors which affect the exchange and innovation of knowledge according to the factors composing the knowledge chain, and establish the model of knowledge exchange in virtual team. Then relative studies are conducted both on the four-stage mode of knowledge transfer and on the process of knowledge innovation in virtual team. Finally, the model of knowledge transfer and interaction and the model of the knowledge innovation in virtual team are obtained.
