| Abstract: | The fluctuation of publishing market brings difficulties to serials acquisition.The paper analyzes the characteristics of publisher,generalizes the main problems during serials acquisition of large and medium-sized library,and some suggestions are given in order to improve the countermeasures of serials acquisition. |
