| Abstract: | In view of the problem in legislative protection for the minority nationality's spoken and written language right,according to special protection,insisting and improving bilingualism principle,the Minority Nationality's Spoken and Written Language Law should be made to regularize some concrete problems such as legislative purpose,the rights and duties,saving and protecting the spoken and written language in imminent danger and tort liability,etc. |
