| 摘 要： | 通过文献检索与分析、发放开放式问卷、访谈，收集调查问卷条目，编制初始调查问卷。预试后，通过对预试问卷及结果进行定量分析，对问卷进行进一步修订，编制成正式调查问卷。在研究过程中，通过统计检验，对研究结果的可靠和可信度进行了全面检验。研究结果表明：大学生创业者的胜任特征包括创业意识、创业精神、心理承受力、自我反省与学习、人脉搭建与维护、商业洞察力六个方面；本研究所编制的大学生自主创业胜任特征调查问卷信效度较高，具有良好的预测力和实用性。

| Abstract: | We compile the initial questionnaire through literature search and analysis, open-ended questionnaires, interviews and collect questionnaires entries. Through the quantitative analysis the pretest of the questionnaire and results, and further amendments to the questionnaire, we compile a formal investigate questionnaire. During the study process, we test the reliability and credibility of the results of a comprehensive test through statistical tests. The results show that： students＇ entrepreneurs＇ sense of competency includes venture capital, entrepreneurship, psychological endurance, selfreflection and learning, network building and maintenance, and commercial insight into the six areas above; the questionnaire is highly reliable and valid with good predictive power and practicality. |
