| 摘 要： | 由于我国现代化发展处于特殊阶段,以及政府经济管理职能不到位,公众思想意识存在差异,和谐社会构建中的公众经济利益矛盾依然存在,主要表现在公众收入差距拉大,就业形势严峻,劳资关系不对等,社会保障制度不完善等方面。因此,要充分发挥政府在矛盾处理中的主导作用,建立和完善处理矛盾的有效机制,积极进行各项制度创新,对公众进行思想教育,从而有效化解公众经济利益矛盾。

| Abstract: | Because of the especial phase of the modernization development,the absence of the function of the government management,the difference of the public thought,there exist public economic interest contradictions in the construction of the harmonious society.Such contradictions include income gap,serious job situation,unequal labour-capital relations,imperfect social security system and so on.We should exert the leading function of the government,consummate effective mechanism of the contradiction disposal,innovate the system,and educate the public,thus effectively resolving public economic interest contradictions. |
