| 摘 要： | 在旅游事业快速发展的今天，导游资格考试制度存在的弊端日益凸显，正由于这些弊端的存在，导致出现了导游员队伍迅速膨胀，行业竞争加剧，旅游教育低水平扩张等一系列问题。因而，改革导游资格考试制度已成为当前一项极为紧迫的任务。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of tourism,some problems in the examination system of guide qualification start to appear,such as inflating of the guide troop,intensified competition in the profession,the low level expansion of tour guide education.Therefore,the reforming of the examination system becomes the extremely urgent duty. |
