| 摘 要： | 根据社会主义和谐社会的内涵及其基本要求,创建和谐企业必须要树立科学发展观,用和谐理念统领企业发展;要加强民主法治建设,不断深化企业改革;要建立公正、公平的利益协调机制,切实维护职工的基本权益;要以诚信为基础,推进企业文化建设;要以创新为核心,不断为企业注入新的活力;要坚持经济与环保并举,塑造绿色企业形象。

| Abstract: | Establishing a harmonious enterprise,we acquire socientific views of development and project the enterprise development with a harmonious idea.We enhance democratic and legal consruction to deepen the enterprise transformation,establish an equitable and fair coordination institution of interest to protect rights and interests of workers and staffs,promote enterpries culture construction on a basis of honest and credit,pour vitality into enterprise with a core of creation,develop economy and protect environment currently to creat image of green enterprise. |
