| 摘 要： | 对比分析厦门市酒店业与民宿业在客源类型、地理位置、客房数量、客房出租率、投资风险等方面存在的差异,发现随着旅游经济的快速发展,酒店业、民宿业以其特有的经营方式赢得了各自的消费市场,在二者之间又不可避免地展开了激烈的竞争。酒店业、民宿业必须认清自己的发展思路,才能获得更多的客源,才能得以生存。

| Abstract: | Compared with home stay facility industry of Xiamen hotel in tourists, geographic location, guest room occupancy, investment risk, and other aspects of the different, the article discovered the hotel industry and rural lodgings win their consumption market by their unique way with the rapid development of the tourism industry of Xiamen city, but the competition also existed. So the hotel industry and the rural lodgings must recognize the development thought to win more consumers. |
