| Abstract: | This paper reviews on the rights of civil liberties which CPC tried hard to claim and hindered by many difficulties. It stated that the economic reforms in the new period laid a foundation for the development of the rights of citizens. And it summed up the stages achievements on the development of China′s civil liberties in the past 30 years. |
