| 摘 要： | 企业竞争优势分析是 80年代以来企业战略管理理论与实践的重要课题 ,其核心命题是讨论企业如何获得持续的竞争优势。 90年代以来 ,企业战略管理理论研究的最新成果表明 ,产业组织是企业获得长期超额利润和持续竞争优势的重要来源。而传统经济理论和交易费用经济学对该问题的回答都是否定的。事实上 ,它们只是静态地考察了产业组织对专业化生产的协调。动态地看 ,产业内企业之间互动过程中共同知识的积累将提高产业组织的协调效率 ,导致不同产业组织协调能力的差异。产业组织能力是产业组织作为企业长期利润来源的基本条件

| Abstract: | Analysis of competitive advantages of enterprises was an important research topic in theories and practice of strategic management of enterprises in 1980s. Its major theme is how enterprises gain sustainable competitive advantages. The latest theoretical findings of strategic management of enterprises since 1990s show that the industrial organization is the main source of long term excess profits and sustainable advantages in competition. However, traditional economic theories and dealing-cost economics hold a negative attitude towards this view, as they both examine the issue from a static perspective instead of a dynamic one. In fact, the author points out, accumulation of common knowledge during the dynamic interactive processes among enterprises will help improve efficiency of coordination among different industrial organizations. Consequently, differences in competence of coordination among individual industrial organizations will be revealed. Thus, competence of industrial organization is regarded as the basic source of long term profits for an enterprise. |
