| 摘 要： | 中小企业提高自主创新能力的有效途径是积极开展产学研合作.但很多中小企业存在着对产学研合作的认知偏差、合作层次较低、科技人才缺乏以及有关合作运作机制缺失等一系列问题.为此,通过分析这些问题对中小企业产学研合作的制约,提出了相应的对策与建议.
