眉山市中小学体育教师职业认同感的研究

摘    要:笔者通过对部分中小学校体育教师的问卷调查和座谈了解,认为目前多数中小学体育教师的自我职业认同程度以及对社会评价工作环境的满意度还是比较高。但是,同时由于普遍工作量过重,特别是女性体育教师的家庭负担又重于男性教师,以及职业认同感与现实社会的学科价值评价的矛盾,社会评价体系的合理性,长期疲劳的单一工作易产生职业认同的"高原反应",学校的期望值与投入的反差和教育环境与传统观念等都可能给教师自身的不良的心理暗示,增加了他们的精神压力而产生内心冲突,有可能对他们的职业发展形成阻碍而形成职业倦怠,应给以十分的关注。

Abstract:According to questionnaire investigation and interview to some young PE teachers in Drimary and middle schools,a conclusion can be drew is they have a high career identity and showed high degree of satisfaction of their working environment.But reasons of over weight workload,The contradictory between career identity and subject value assessment,Unscientific social evaluation system and long—term single work causes "High Attitude Reaction",Especially for female PE teachers for the hold more family burden than male PE teachers do.The contrast between high desired value but low fund input of schools,Teaching environment and traditional views may give teachers harmful mental effect,and it will possibly stress their mental pressure;and may cause career looseness.So we should pay more attention to it.
