| 摘 要： | 由于服务水平的下降,县级图书馆已不能适应新形势下的用户需求。论文通过对用户结构的分析,对转变县级图书馆现有服务方式,提供精细化的城区用户服务和常态化的农村用户服务进行了探讨。
