| 摘 要： | 通过实验研究的方法,表明在武警大负荷训练中,两实验组持续性服用1个月的耐力胶囊,对血常规和细胞免疫指标没有显著性影响,并能提升大负荷训练期武警官兵的机能水平。从GLU指标来看,实验4周对照组血糖下降有显著性差异,而实验组却没有表现出这种变化。反映训练量和训练负荷的指标BUN和CK训练次日晨的变化实验组升高的幅度低于对照组升高幅度,反映抗氧化能力过氧化物歧化酶和自由基水平丙二醛显示,两实验组有显著对抗自由基的抗氧化能力,表明服用耐力胶囊能有效对抗运动性疲劳的程度,说明有改善机体机能水平,提升训练效益的作用。其中,耐力胶囊2号组方效果优于耐力胶囊组方1号。 |

| Abstract: | Experimental research methods,that armed police Intensive Training in taking the two experimental groups sustained endurance microcapsule 1 month,Blood and cellular immunity indexes of no significant impact,and the period of heavy training can improve the function of the level of Armed Police soldiers.Blood glucose control experiment for 4 weeks had significantly decreased,but experimental group did not show this change.Training capacity and training load indicators and serum creatine kinase blood urea acid changes in training the next morning the experimental group increased the rate of increase is lower than in control group,The oxidation resistance ability peroxide mutase and the free radical level third dial demonstrated that two experimental groups have the remarkable resistance free radical oxidation resistance ability,Takes the endurance microcapsule to be able to resist the mobile weary degree effectively,explained that has the improvement organism function level,the promotion training benefit function.The endurance microcapsule 2 group side effect surpasses endurance microcapsule group side 1. |
