| 摘 要： | 侵权行为的损害赔偿,适用侵权行为地法,这是我国现行侵权行为法律适用的核心内容。中国国际私法学会制定的民间法典———《中华人民共和国国际私法示范法》,吸取英美国家的实践,在第八节第二分节对涉外侵权行为的法律适用作了较为全面的科学规定,将传统的法律选择方法和新发展趋势进行结合和协调,从中我们不难看出中国涉外侵权立法的新发展。
