| Abstract: | The literature research and the teaching experiment verified that the use of imagery training in the yoga teaching functions better than the conventional teaching methods.It helps to strengthen and speed up the students' formation of the skills and master the technique of yoga through the combination of the mental training and physical exercise with the mental activities.The teaching of yoga is also improved. |
