| 摘 要： | 学风建设是高校立校和发展之根本,是校园精神文明建设的重要组成部分。当前,互联网的教育功能已撼动高等教育的绝对地位,其娱乐功能不断侵蚀着高校的教育职能。高校应通过构建学习型辅导员队伍、加强辅导员微博建设、关注特殊学生群体的学风引导、突出辅导员微博与校园文化的联动、加强校园与校际微博群联动机制建设、建立评估与激励机制等促进高校学风的稳步发展。

| Abstract: | The construction of study style is the basis of the establishment and development of universities and an important component of the campus construction of ideological infrastructure.Presently,the function of Internet’s education has shaken the dominant status of higher education and its entertainment function is penetrating the university’s educational function unceasingly.Universities should promote the steady development of university study style by building the learning-based counselor’s staff,strengthening the construction of counselor’s microblog,attending to the study style guidance for special groups of students,highlighting the linkage of counselor’s microblog and campus culture,strengthening the construction of linkage mechanism of microblog group between the campus and the interschool,and establishing the appraisal and incentive mechanism. |
