摘    要:以职业竞争优势的视角,借鉴建构主义的学习理论,说明经过模拟实战的教学模式,能够更有效地将商务英语专业的学生培养成为实用型创新技能人才。在企业工作5年以上的教师能言传身教,将行业的实用技能像师傅教徒弟那样传授给学生,这样培养出来的高级技师是企业急需的人才。职业院校学生的职业竞争优势,取决于任课老师的职业技能水平。职业院校在重视理论知识教学的基础上,应尽力提高其职业技能水平。

Abstract:It discusses how to train students of business English more effectively to become new skilled talents by Constructivism Teaching Mode based on the perspectives of the professional competitive advantage. Teachers with over 5 years working experiences in enterprises can teach students more useful know-how by personal examples with verbal instructions as if craftsmen taught apprentices. Such trainees are welcome in enterprises. A competitive advantage of vocational students depends on their teachers professional levels. On the basis of theoretical teaching, vocational colleges should try their best to enhance the professional levels.
