| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育的快速发展,2011年我国高校毕业生总量达到了660万,就业形势异常严峻。面临当前大学生就业难的困境,提升大学生就业能力和就业竞争力成为高校亟待解决的问题。本文就大学生就业能力的概念内涵、提升大学生就业能力的必要性和紧迫性以及提升大学生就业能力的途径进行论述,以期为提高大学生就业率和就业质量提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of higher education,in 2011,the total number of college graduates in China reached 6.6 million,making the employment situation a severe problem.With the present trouble of difficult employment for college students,improving the employment ability and employment competitiveness become urgent to be solved for higher colleges.This paper analyzes the concept of college students’ employability and discusses the necessity and urgency to improve it,then probes into the measures to improve their employability,so as to provide a theoretical basis on how to increase the rate and quality of college students’ employment. |
