| 摘 要： | 公司内部大范围业务流程再造和公司外部供应链的重组，使公司理财观念、理财环境、理财内容、理财目标、理财方式、理财组织等诸多内容都受到了源于新的理财变化趋势的冲击和挑战。理财人员在掌握了公司财务管理在新经济下的大趋势基础上，必须重新架构新的财务体系，以支撑公司战略决策。而这一新的财务体系应由最优的财务服务功能、具有理财功能的财务组织、具有促进经营效率提高和全面控制评估风险的机制组成。

| Abstract: | The rebuilding of the wide-range business flow inside the company and the reconstruction of the supply chains outside the company makes companies face the challenge of the changes of the finance management concerning concept,environment,content,project,way and organization of the fcnance management.Financiers must reform new financial system based on their understanding of the tendency of the company financial management under the new economy to support the strategy.The new financial system should be made up of the best financial service function,financial organizations with financial management functions the systems promoting buscness efficiency and improving and completely controling the evaluation risks. |
