| 摘 要： | 孔德实证主义与法约尔管理过程论是密切相关的。孔德的实证主义是以实证自然科学为根据，以可以观察和实验的事实及知识为内容。孔德实证主义既是管理过程论产生的重要原因，也是造成管理过程论缺陷的根源。
