| 摘 要： | 从青年学生的世界观、人生观、价值观、综合素质、责任意识，以及社会主义道德规范建设、精神文明和谐社会建设等方面，分析了高校图书馆志愿服务工作对青年和社会的影响，揭示了高校图书馆志愿服务工作的开展。对丰富幸福广东建设内涵、服务幸福广东建设大局，拓宽幸福广东建设思路、创新幸福广东建设方法，加快幸福广东建设步伐、推动幸福广东建设进程的促进作用。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the influences of volunteer service of university library on the youth and the society from the aspects of outlook of world, outlook on life, values, comprehensive quality, responsibility consciousness of the youth, as well as construction of socialist moral norms, socialist spiritual civilization and harmonious society, and reveals the promoting roles of volunteer service of uni- versity library in the construction of Happiness Guangdong in enriching the contents and serving the overall situation, broadening the thought and innovating the methods, and speeding up the pace to advance the process. |
