| 摘 要： | 运用实验法将外拿臂技术应用于自由式摔跤实战训练中,观察其训练效果。结果显示,外拿臂技术应用于自由式摔跤训练对提高运动员的攻击成功率具有较好的效果,说明外拿臂技术可以运用于自由式摔跤训练。

| Abstract: | Chinese freestyle wrestling rely on traditional methods of training, are often difficult to adapt to the requirements of the Olympic games. Top cow type, cockfighting type tricks often makes the Chinese team lost the medal. Based on the experimental method, and with ARM technology used in freestyle wrestling in practical training, the training effect observation. The results show： with ARM technology used in freestyle wrestling train- ing to improve the athletes＇ attack success rate with good results give the reason of the technique can be applied with the arm wrestling training. |
