| 摘 要： | 从建设和谐社会视角阐述了我国优秀退役运动员人才定位问题,对建国以来我国政府对退役运动员就业安置和保障情况进行了简要回顾,同时分析了在不同时期安置保障政策所取得的成效,最后提出在当今形势下我国优秀运动员退役后就业安置问题的策略。

| Abstract: | The paper states the problems on personnel positioning among domestic excellent ex-service athlete in the context of establishing harmonious society;briefly reviews the job placement and security conditions provided by the government for them since the foundation of China;and analysis for every success of the safeguard policies in different times.Finally,the paper puts forward some strategies and suggestions on job placement for domestic excellent ex-service athlete in the present situation. |
