| 摘 要： | 本文从物理和认知角度讨论了Brookes信息科学基本方程 ,提出了Brookes方程是一种信息域与知识域的变换。给出知识系统必须具有三个基本功能才能实现信息与知识转换。①选择性 ;②变换性 ;③效用性。同时指出知识系统中信息可再生 ,再生的条件是信息与知识在知识系统变换中必须具有足够的抽样性 ,否则知识混叠将难以有效使用。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses Brookes fundamental equation of information science.It proposes that Brookes' fundamental equation is a type of transformation of information domain and knowledge domain;consequently the knowledge systems must have following three fundamental functions to realize the transformation of information to knowledge:(1)selection,(2)transformation,(3)additive property.Simultaneously,it points out information can reengineering in knowledge system,under the condition that information sampling must have a larger sampling rate.Otherwise,no knowledge would be efficiently used to the mingled knowledge. |
