摘    要:媒介识读独立课程的核心目标是培养小学生以批判的态度对媒介及其信息进行获取使用、分析、评价和直用的能力。不过小学生媒介识读独立课程在我国当下尚不具备成为国家课程的条件,因此最为可行的办法是将其规划进校本课程系统。小学生媒介识读校本课程在课程内容上讲究趣味性、动态性、开放性和实践性,在教学方法上力求展开多样化文化触角、鼓励学生亲历和参与,在教学评价上采用动态化、多样化和多元化的标准,最终目的是培养小学生的反省意识、批判意识及责任意识,推动他们成长为信息时代的优质公民。

Abstract:Independent media literacy course, aiming at cultivating the abilities of accessing, analyzing, evaluating and using media information critically in pupils, is the ideal form for media literacy education. However, under the current situations, the effort of including independent media course into national curriculum still has a long way to go. Right now the most applicable way to promote media literacy education is to apply it in the school-based curriculum system. Guided by the idea of empowering teachers and students, this class should be interesting, dynamic, open-minded and practical in content; teachers should create a multi-cultural atmosphere to encourage students to participate and experience in class; as to teaching evaluation, a full-leveled, diversified, and interactive standard is necessary. Thus, students' awareness of reflection, critical spirit and the sense of responsibility can be enhanced; their development as civilized citizens in the information age can be facilitated.
