幼儿教师职业能力结构的理论构想

摘    要:从事幼儿教育工作的幼儿教师,由于职业活动对象及工作性质不同,决定了幼儿教师必须具备认知能力维度、教育活动能力维度、职业技能维度以及由此组成的多序列、多层次、多类型的结构模式。这些结构模式的特征,是综合性、动态性和开放性的。

Abstract:Because of the different occupational object and working nature,the infant teacher who works for preschool education should have all kinds of abilities such as cognitive ability,training ability and occupational and technical ability,etc,and these abilities may compose a structural model which has many arrays and categories and layers.Futhermore,the basic features of this structural model are syntdhetical,dynamic and open.
