| 摘 要： | 虚拟社区作为网络交流的一种特殊方式,使得信息的共享达到了以往传统传播方式所没有的迅速性和多样性。虚拟社区信息共享中存在着大量忽视知识产权、擅自复制、转贴、下载、编辑等侵权行为。可以通过建立知识共享协议、建立集体管理制度、开发保护技术等方式,规避知识产权侵权风险。

| Abstract: | Virtual community,as a special way of network sharing,makes information sharing achieve more rapid and diversified than ever.There are a large number of risks of intellectual property infringement,such as unauthorized copying,posting,downloading,editing and other violations.By forging a knowledge-sharing agreement,establishing a collective management system,developing the technology of protection,the risk of intellectual property infringement can be avoided. |
