| 摘 要： | 国际医药产业的快速发展给我国带来了前所未有的机遇和广阔的市场前景。通过对世界主要国家及地区新药创新体系的比较发现,我国在政府监管、自主创新、研发投入、规范管理等各方面与国际水平均存在一定差距。建议我国明确新药创新发展战略,加强政府监管的规范性,营造良好的创新氛围;加大研发投入,实现创新、模仿并举;拓宽国际合作渠道,寻找战略合作伙伴。
