| 摘 要： | 80年代以前 ,我国还没有完善的教练员制度 ,曾造成队伍庞大臃肿 ,专项能力强而理论水平偏低。改革开放以来 ,竞技体育从计划经济向市场经济转轨 ,竞争机制增加 ,竞技水平得到很大发展 ,教练员制度也进行了重大改革 ,逐渐发展成适合我国国情的教练员体系。

| Abstract: | Before the 1980's,there was no perfect coaching system in China,which led to the swelling of the coaching staff,high competence in particular events but low level in overall theories.Since the opening policy,athletic sports has directed from planned economy to market economy.Therefore,the competitive mechanism is re-enforced and the athletic level is greatly improved.Reform has been carried out in coaching system,and it gradually developed into asystem suitable for the condition of China. |
