| 摘 要： | 道德自由是行政主体自由权能的本质要求与社会规范普遍有效性和社会发展客观要求的"应该"和谐结果。道德自由是行政主体自律的前提。高校廉政教育应确立和弘扬道德主体的道德自由,在制度安排和道德建设上围绕道德主体的道德自由来展开,这样就必然能促进廉政教育的有效性。

Moral Issues of Educational Modes in Official Clearance at College |

| Abstract: | Moral freedom is the essential demand of main administrative free power,which has the same function in social norms and which should be harmonious with social development.Moral freedom is the premise in administrative main self-control.College education of official clearance should establish and carry on the moral freedom in the main moral body.Its system and construction should be improved in moral freedom so as to gain the effectiveness in official clearance education. |
