| Abstract: | Forest resources in Tibetan Plateau serve as important material basis for forestry construction and economic development of Tibet.However,because of extermely uneven distribution of forest resources,much greater proportion of over mature forest and excessive cut of timber in a unplanned way,it is quite an urgent task to conduct an overall master planning and strategic measures for sustainable development.The study,approaching from the basic idea of sustainable development,rational utilization of local forest resources and promotion of local economic development,discusses the strategic ways in rational utilization and sustainable development of the plateau's forest resources. |
