| 摘 要： | 目前影响高校大学生就业的原因是多方面的，主要有社会经济大环境、大学生择业观与就业能力等方面的影响。应从加强大学生思想政治教育，引导毕业生以健康、积极、乐观的心态面对就业的角度入手，做好高校大学生就业工作，提升他们的就业竞争力。

| Abstract: | Now many factors influence college students＇ employment, they mainly include the social economic environment, the college students＇ job-choosing view and ability and so on. It should strengthen the ideological and political education, guide the graduates to face employment with a healthy, positive and optimistic attitude, and enhance their competitiveness in employment. |
