| 摘 要： | 各高职院校酒店专业非常重视学生的实践能力的培养，但大量实践技能的培养需要在实训基地完成。因此，加强校企合作基地实践条件建设、制度保障建设，完善实践指导教师队伍建设规划以及实训基地实践教学质量保障体系建设，会对校企合作实践基地建设起到很好的推进作用。

| Abstract: | Hotel major pays much attention to the cultivation of students＇ practical ability, among which a lot of practical skills cultivation needs to be completed in practical training base. Therefore, it should strengthen the practice condition and security system construction of practical training base. It should perfect construction plan of the practical guidance teachers and practice teaching quality assurance system construction of practical training base. These will promote the construction of college-enterprise cooperation practical training base. |
