| 摘 要： | 济南作为山东省的省会,以其不可替代的政治文化中心,对整个山东省的经济、社会、文化发展起到了强有力的带动作用。为适应时代发展的要求,认真贯彻十六大精神,增强城市创新力和竞争力,济南市构建学习型城市、创造现代知识文明势在必行。根据济南市的经济社会科技教育发展水平,结合济南市的相关硬件与软件条件提出学习型城市的构建模式,以及学习型城市的指标体系。

| Abstract: | As Shandong Province's provincial capital,by its unreplaceable politics cultural center,to the entire Shandong Province's economy,the society and the culture,Jinan plays the powerful lead role.For the adaptation time development's request,implements spirits earnestly,strengthened the urban innovation and the competitive power,Jinan has also carried on the study city construction,and proposed the corresponding construction pattern and the indicator system. |
