| 摘 要： | 苏共垮台的原因错综复杂,其中长期未处理好党群关系和干群关系,从而失去了广大党员和人民群众的支持和拥护,是苏共垮台的根本原因。主要表现为:经济建设指导方针上的失误削弱了党群关系;党内民主和人民民主的缺乏疏远了党群关系;官僚主义、特权腐败现象的泛滥摧垮了党群关系。

| Abstract: | A variety of complicated causes led to the collapse of the Soviet Communist Party,but the fundamental cause is that for a long period the Party couldn't properly handle the connection between the Party and the masses,and the connection between the carders and the masses,and therefore lost the support from the Party members and the masses.This fundamental cause mainly manifests as follows:the errors in the guiding policy of economic construction weakened the connection between the Party and the masses;the lack of democracy inside the Party and the democracy for the people drifted apart the connection between the Party and the masses;the spread of bureaucracy,privilege and corruption collapsed the connection between the Party and the masses. |
