施工企业应以人力资源优势参与建筑市场竞争

摘    要:随着我国建筑行业的发展和国外建筑企业的加入,施工企业管理面临着巨大的挑战。组成复杂、人力分散、管理失衡等种种困难,成为施工企业的人力资源管理的重点。然而,新形势下的建筑市场竞争,必须充分发挥人力资源的优势,重视人力资源管理,人才激励和薪酬激励并举,形成以人为本的机制。

Abstract:With the development of the building industry in our country and entering of foreign construction enterprises,the construction enterprises of our country are facing a tremendous challenge. Difficulties such as complicated composition,decentralized human resources and the imbalance of management become main problems of human resources management in construction enterprises.Under the new situation of the competition of the markets for construction,the construction enterprises must pay great attention to the management of human resources and adopt a two-pronged approach,i.e., professionals inspiring and salaries inspiring to form human-oriented mechanism.
